In total thirty-one manuscripts have been digitized this week, smaller than past weeks due to the June 16th Feast of Corpus Domini. The trends of the last few weeks continue, with Ross and Vat.lat.9xxx dominating the manuscripts scanned, and fewer items from Barb.lat. Only one Pal.lat was uploaded this week, and none from Reg.lat. The latter collection is approximately 90% scanned, and one hopes they finish it up, rather than leaving it incomplete. It is interesting that the one Pal.lat volume, Pal.lat.2030 is a 17th C catalogue of the Palatine library as held in the BAV.

The image on the right, from Ross.870, is a bit of a mystery. The Rossiani catalogue describes the manuscript as "Some prayers and Kabbalistic formulae" in Turkish, the Diamond union catalogue seems to identify it as a Koran, although that is confused by the website lack of availability as of June, 2022. Whatever it is, there are a series of diagrammatic drawings early in the book. The bottom border is from Barb.lat.63, a copy of Gaius Julius Solinus's De mirabilibus mundi, also known as the Collectanea rerum memorabilium. This 15th C manuscript has white-vine borders on f.1r, from which this fragment was extracted.
