Only thirty-five manuscripts were digitized this week, sadly down from the last two weeks. The bulk of these, nineteen, were from the Capp.Sist.Diari. This was followed, distantly, by Chig with six, and three each from Barb.lat and Vat.lat. A single manuscript was added from each of Capp.sist, Ott.lat, and Vat.turc. Finally Bonc.O.9 was added to that fond's archive, which completes the digitization of the twelve volume 17th C missal which has been slowly progressing over the last few weeks.

To the right is f.127v from Ott.lat.2254. This is a copy of William of Moerbeke's translation of Simplicius' commentary on Aristotele's De Caelo et Mundo. The page has an interesting hirerarchy of script in use, with a main cursive hand, what appear to be block quotes in a more formal, late Gothic Rotunda, and marginal glosses/corrections in a small hand.

At the bottom is part of the border from f.1r of Capp.Sist.Diari.191. This is one of the mid 18th C (1768) volumes of the Diario collection, tracing the membership of the Cappella Pontificia and any infractions or fines for bad behavior. These were kept by the "puntatore", a officer of the college elected by the senior cantors. Until November of this year there were no volumes digitized, now they are up almost to 10% of the 299 total
