Twenty-nine manuscripts were digitized and uploaded this week this week. They include another copy of the Doctrine of the Immaculate Conception, this time in Spanish dialects from the Sire collection. In addition I've started using the IslamAnatolia database at the University of St. Andrews to identify manuscripts in the fond Vat.turc. Sadly I was not able to identify Vat.turc.394. It contains a series of intriguing tree diagrams, see f.31v to the right as an example
One of the manuscripts is a presentation copy of Petri Albiniani's Consultatio de Concilio Generali, made for Pope Clement VII around 1526. The Medici arms, augmented with the keys and hat of the Pontificate, can be seen at the bottom of f.1r. A fragment of that page forms the bottom border.
