A total of fifty-two manuscripts were digitized this week. Following the broad pattern of the most recent few weeks, the majority of the manuscripts are in the Barb.lat and Ross fonds, with twenty and nineteen respectively. Vat.lat brought nine and Ott.lat added four to complete the weeks total. Although there is little overall pattern to the numbers from the Barb.lat manuscripts chosen, this week seems to be heavy in patristic writings, with a few bits of liturgy sprinkled throughout.

To the right is f.122v from Ross.922, a late 18th Century Evangilary as used by Latin(Catholic) christians in Egypt. What is unusual about it is that it is dated, in text to 1513. But not 1513 AD/CE, but 1513 years "of the era of the Martyrs", that is a count commencing with the persecutions under Diocletian in 284 CE, dating this manuscript to 1797 CE

At the bottom is the bottom of f.10v from Ross.1026. This shows the catchword from the last page in a quire, to allow the binder to properly match it with the following quire. In this case the catchword is "dicta cle"
