This week had another forty-four manuscripts uploaded into the Vatican repositories. Following the pattern of last week, as much as there was a pattern, the top contributors are Ott.lar and Reg.lat, with eleven each. Below that is a wide spread of collections, six from Vat.ar, five from Barb.lat, four from Pal.gr, three from Reg.gr and two from Borg.ar. Rounding out the week were singular manuscripts from Vat.turc and Ross.

To the right is f.114r from Ott.lat.308, a 14th C Processionale from England. The identification of "Use of Sarum" is slightly misleading here, although Sarum refers to the old town of Salisbury, that liturgical use was the most common on in use across England. The script is distinctively English with the loop-top 'l' and the closed-top 'a'. The large rubric in the middle explains that the service for the Vigil of St. Andrew, celebrated on November 29th. The long explanation is required because sometimes that occurs during Advent, which requires changing the observance.

The bottom border is from Reg.lat.1477, a collection of works on the natural landscape by Giovanni Boccaccio and Vibius Sequester. This line comes from f.1r, the start of De montibus, sylvis, fontibus, lacubus fluminibus, stagnis seu paludibus by Boccaccio.
