A slightly more active week, with a total of forty-one manuscripts digitized. The bulk of these came from Vat.lat, eighteen, Barb.lat, thirteen, and Ott.lat, seven. The remainder were just two from Chigiani and an unidentified, by me at least, Syriac volume from P.I.O.
To the right is the title page, found on f.1r, of Vat.lat.11133. This is a copy of Solomon Codoman's Topographia Kitzingae from 1628. The work discusses the city of Kitzingen, historical capitol of Brandenburg. Like many early modern German texts, it uses a different hand for the Latin title versus the remainder of the page, which is in German
At the bottom is a lovely swoosh from f.3r of Barb.lat.4233, the Secreti di guerra del Cavalierer Fra Francesco Antonio Bertucci. This is a text concerning military strategy by the Dalmatian/Serbian/Italian Capuchin/Hospitaller Francesco Antonio Bertucci/Franjo Antun Brtučević
