Only ten manuscripts in total were digitized this week. Nine were from the Ott.lat collection and the last one was a 12th C glossed Gospel of Luke from Vat.lat. An interesting note, all of these manuscripts were uploaded on Friday.
To the right is f.14r from Vat.lat.10680, the previously mentioned 12th c glossed Gospel of Luke. This page has the start of the third chapter, note the III in the margin, about 1/3 of the way down the page. The center column has the main text in the larger letters, with the interlinear gloss of Anselm of Laon in a smaller hand between the lines. On either side is the Glossa Ordinaria, once attributed to Walafrid Strabo, but thought to be by Anselm and his school as well.
At the bottom is a fragment of the border decorations on f.1r of Ott.lat.1553. This is a manuscript of Cornelius Celsus' De Medicina, a 1st century medical work that was probably part of a larger encyclopedia. Due to a colophon on f.192r, this manuscript can be dated to 1458, in Venice.
