Due to a timeout hitting the Vatican servers for the Vat.lat collection, it was not properly counted from October 10 through October 18. The missing fourteen volumes have been included below, in addition to the seven manuscripts digitized during the last week. Those manuscripts are five more from the Vat.lat collection and two from Barb.lat.
To the right is f.1r from Vat.lat.11542. This is a late 15th C copy of some sermons by Ludovico d'Imola, also known as Ludovicus de Bagnariis. He was a Conventual Fransiscan, and a lector at Bologna, then a professor in Ferrara, as well as the Provincial of the province of Bologna. At the bottom of the page are the family arms of the Arcimboldi family, with a cardinal's hat. This probably connects the manuscript to Giovanni Arcimboldi, who's death in 1448 puts a terminus ante quem on the creation of the manuscript
At the bottom is one line of text from f.597v of Barb.lat.6380, an Avvisi from Brussels dated December 28, 1675. The Avvisi were hand written news reports, often focused on shipping, military movements, and trade, sent across Europe in the early modern period, before printing became efficient enough to enable printed newspapers.
