Only nineteen manuscripts were digitized in this week, despite the summer vacation being officially over. Unexpectedly Capp.Sist contributed seven, the same number as the more anticipated Ott.lat. The rest of the week's work consisted of a single manuscript each from Barb.lat, Capp.Giulia, Pal.Lat, Vat.ebr, and Vat.gr. It's unusual to see Pal.lat in the new digitizations, even for a single volume. Almost the entire collection was digitized many years with funding from Heidelberg as part of their Bibliotheca Palatina project, but this seems to have been one of the stragglers not scanned then.

To the right is f.23r from Ott.lat.3110, an 18th C album of architectural sketches by one Pierleone Gherri. Except that he was a knight (Cavaliere), no trace of this artist has so far been found in the usual sources

At the bottom are drawings of two coins from the reign of Pope Clement XI, dating to the first years of the 18th C. These are on f.23r of Ott.lat.3123, a catalogue of coins issued by him and others, including the Roman Senate.
